How to use this tool
Use a monthly statement with Type, Net and Currency columns. USD-style currency symbols and validated thousands separators are supported. Payout rows without Net can use Amount. Mixed currencies are rejected. This is not a tax return, bank reconciliation or calculation of net business profit.
Is it free?
Yes. This public pilot has no checkout, signup or processing fee. A future batch-processing pack is being considered; it is not available for purchase yet.
Where are my files processed?
In your browser. CSV contents are not uploaded. Downloaded reports stay on your device. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection logs.
Which file should I export?
See the official export documentation. Try the synthetic example first. Do not upload passwords, payment details or unnecessary customer information.
Pilot limits: CSV up to 10 MB per file, UTF-8, decimal points for amounts. Reports are read-only. No changes are sent to Shopify or Etsy. Validate results before business use.
